Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
