Guided through a soothing meditation accompanied by hypnotic suggestions and the resonant sounds of a reiki drum, you will cleanse your aura and shift from negative beliefs to a positive mindset, allowing new growth to flourish. ⭐ Activate Your Chakras Through Dancing - Root ♥️ Flow 🧡 Shine 💛 Awaken your spirit! Through soulful movement, we'll activate your Root ♥️ Sacral, 🧡 and Solar Plexus 💛 chakras—grounding yourself in the earth's energy, flowing with your emotions, and embracing your inner light. With diverse music tailored to each chakra, we will use rhythms like afro drumming for the Root and belly dance for the Sacral. Remember the Chakra Dancing this is not a performance dance; it’s a beautiful opportunity to explore, express, and connect with your body in a safe and nurturing space! ⭐ Meditation with Crystal Bowls & Ocean Drum Healing vibrations of the crystal bowls and ocean drum will wash over you.
