The weekend of 11th & 12th January is dedicated to helping you create that vision, focusing on your goals in four key areas: 💫 Health & Well-being 💫 Relationships 💫 Time and Financial Freedom 💫 Vocation & Purpose Using your own personal workbook (your new “life bible”), which you’ll complete during the workshop, you’ll walk away with a tangible plan to guide you forward. 🌸 Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore practices that will bring your vision to life, including: ✨ Meditation to connect deeply with our heart space ✨ A mini cacao ceremony to help open our hearts ✨ Exercises to ground into the body and out of the mind ✨ Reflecting on current discontent to reveal what you’re truly longing for ✨ Crafting personal affirmations aligned with your vision ✨ Programming crystals with intention from your vision ✨ Connect & Flow Dance to bring joy and energy into your body to cultivate the feelings of ALREADY having what you wish to create And of course, you’ll receive a little goodie bag to support your journey - because who doesn’t love one? 😉 Why This Workshop? I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to discover who you are, what you want, and where you’re headed. We rarely pause to ask ourselves, “What would I LOVE?” This retreat is your chance to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with your heart, and leave feeling inspired to take daily steps toward a life you genuinely love.
