Service Description
This appointment is for 30 or 60 minutes sole use of the Lotus Garden to include steam and ice bath. You have use of slippers, robes and loungers. Please bring your own towel. Bluetooth speaker is available to play your own music during the experience.
Please note, it is mandatory that you attend a free 15 minute safety instruction session prior to your first session. You are then able to use the area unattended for all subsequent sessions. Please contact us to book this in ahead of your first session.
Herbal Tea or Chai will be brought to you when you are relaxing on the loungers after your steam and ice.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given.
Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this.
A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
