A one day soul nourishing retreat including yoga, mindfulness, meditation, movement, music, journaling, art and more. Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. Find new ways to tackle daily life stress and cultivate inner peace. Retreat Activities: ✨ Mindfulness for Wellbeing-Practice and talk. ✨ Guided Body Scan meditation- Identify and release areas of stress within the body and mind. ✨ Dharma Movement- Igniting mind and body connection through music and movement- Release stress and heal the nervous system. ✨ Gentle Yoga- support the mind and body (All abilities) ✨ Journaling and gratitude practice ✨ Sound Bath All you need is some comfy clothes and we will do the rest. For age 18 plus. Refreshments provided. The day starts at 9.30am and finishes at 3.00pm. Feel free to come on your own or with a friend or group. Discount given on additional person/people.
