This weekly session is included in our monthly memberships or class bundles. Or you can simply pay as you go. Learn to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease in our Mindfulness for Stress and Anxiety class. This supportive and practical session is designed to help you manage stress and anxiety through mindfulness techniques that cultivate calm, clarity, and resilience. Led by an experienced instructor, you’ll explore practices that bring you into the present moment, allowing you to respond to stress with greater awareness and compassion. In this class, you will: Learn mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and reduce the physical and emotional effects of stress. Develop tools to manage anxiety by shifting your focus from worry to the present moment. Practice breathing exercises and gentle movements that promote relaxation and mental clarity. Build resilience through strategies that help you navigate stress and anxiety in daily life. This class is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
