This class is included in our monthly membership plans or class passes. Or you can simply pay as you go. Start your day with clarity and calm in our Morning Meditation Class. Designed to set a positive tone for your day, this class offers a peaceful space to center yourself, awaken your mind, and energize your body. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle mindfulness practices, you’ll cultivate a sense of inner peace and focus that you can carry with you throughout the day. In this class, you will: Begin your day with intention through grounding meditation practices. Learn breathwork techniques to increase focus, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity. Cultivate mindfulness to bring a sense of presence and calm into your daily routine. Set positive intentions to guide your actions and mindset for the day ahead. This class is open to all levels, whether you're new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice. Join us to create a morning ritual that supports your well-being, helping you to start each day with balance, positivity, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
