We want to support you to take some time out to rest, reconnect, restore and replenish, with our lovely day retreat at The Wise Lotus Centre. This lovely retreat is for all you mums, grandmothers and carers who deserve some pampering and relaxation. The day has been carefully thought out to support mind, body and soul. It has been designed so that attendees continue to support themselves after the retreat with a wellbeing bag full of products, instructions and tips. The day starts at 9.30am and finished at 2.30pm so fits in perfectly with the school run if you have school aged children. You will have a full 5 hours to experience wellness and holistic health support. Give yourself the opportunity to provide your body and soul with much needed nourishment. At the end of the day, you will receive a goody bag with wellbeing gifts to continue to support you on your self nourishment journey. The day includes: ✨ A gentle, supportive and nurturing yoga session. Suitable for all levels. ✨ Mindful meditation session with sound healing ✨ Immerse in relaxation class with self heating eye masks, candles, sound therapy and aromatherapy scents. ✨ Positive affirmation and self compassion class ✨ Mindful Art Fruit juices, smoothies and teas provided throughout the day. Please bring your own lunch. There is no need to bring anything else. We advise you to wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and relaxation. We provide all equipment. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle to top up throughout the day. Option to add on a 1 hour massage, reiki or ice bath/steam. Please contact us to arrange.
