POSITIVE ENERGY CLEANSING RITUAL

Service Description

This lovely one hour session is suitable for anybody wishing to clear negative or stagnant energy, for those wishing to make a fresh start in a particular area of their life or for those that feel that healing, purifying, cleansing or calming the soul is needed. The session begins with a short meditation to calm your mind, open your heart and bring awareness to the space. A smudging ceremony using white sage will then commence. The room will be calm with candles and relaxing sounds playing. Smudging has been used for thousands of years as a way to cleanse a space or person. The smudging invites positive energy and removes negative or stagnant energies. The beautiful smells of the white sage will rise through the air, sending your intentions to the universe. You will be supported by healing crystals on your body to cleanse and support each chakra. The session will include healing sounds from Tibetan bowls and gongs. You will then be guided through a healing meditation to aid the clearing of negative energies, supporting clarity of mind, opening of the heart, releasing of unhealthy attachments and the welcoming of positive new beginnings. This session can take place at The Wise Lotus Centre in London Colney.
