Service Description

Join us for the Sunday Sanctuary every Sunday from 6.30pm-8.00pm at The Wise Lotus in London Colney. A safe haven to support your wellbeing and introduce calm and clarity for the week ahead. Each week we will offer something different to reset, rejuvenate and realign mind, body and soul. Sessions include sound healing, reiki, reiki drumming, coaching, guided meditations, card readings, sharing, cacao plus so much more. The room will be set with candles, incense, and beautiful mood lighting to offer a little bit of tranquillity for your Sunday night. You even get self heating eye masks to relax those tired eyes and support the deepening of your meditation experience. Mats, blankets and water provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own. Please note, the sound healing sessions may not be suitable if you suffer with epilepsy or are currently pregnant. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No refund will be issued where less than 24 hours notice has been given. Cancelation for half day, full day, and longer workshops and courses, have a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds can only be provided if contact is made prior to this. A change of date or voucher may be offered in exceptional circumstances within the 7 day period.
