This massage is a hybrid of the ancient oriental massage arts of Anma and Shiatsu. It is a meridian based therapy which covers the 12 acupressure points on the back, arms, neck and head. This technique helps to stimulate and balance the flow of energy of life-force throughout the body. This is turn stimulates the circulatory and muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic system, whilst promoting the release of endorphins and important mood regulating neurotransmitters.
